Australia Day Poster
The Boston Demons are holding their annual Australia Day fundraiser this Saturday at the Asgard Pub in Cambridge. It's a fun event for everyone - Aussie or otherwise - with lots of beer, pie, and dancing.
I did the typography for the poster by hand in ink and then overlaid it on the image in Photoshop. I challenged myself to try to successfully use an obvious gradient. Usually I stay far away from gradients in my design work since they can get cheesy very easily. In this case I think it works.
